General information on the project
The 2nd edition of the project addresses the need for joint advanced training on EU law for court coordinators in European law (CCEs) by organising a series of legal seminars focusing on application of EU law, the preliminary ruling procedure, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the recent case law on the rule of law. The project will provide a platform for exchange of best practices, information and knowledge and create close contacts among CCEs from Member States that have active CCE networks.
By working together during the training, the CCEs will establish personal contacts and exchange opinions. They will learn how the CCE system works in different EU Member States, what the challenges of the network are, how to find a satisfactory solution, how to successfully pass on knowledge to other colleagues in the national judiciary, and how to use modern electronic search tools. By opening this project to judicial trainers from Member States, the project aims at inspiring and eventually creating more CCE networks in the EU.
